What You Need To Know

We are experienced Disability Advocates.  We have a long history working for those with various disabilities.  We work very hard to acquire disability benefits owed to you.  The Social Security disability maze can be a long and frustrating process.  We understand the process and what is required of Social Security Disability procedure.  We want to assist you and take the stress away from dealing with the Social Security Administration in getting the disability benefits owed to you.

There is nothing embarrassing about asking for help or assistance.  The average American would have great difficulty in understanding the policies and procedures of the Social Security Administration.  It is not designed to be an easy process for anyone applying for benefits.  The Social Security Administration have their reasons and standards in order to protect Americans from those that may abuse the system.  However, for those that deserve and require disability benefits, this "red tape" can often cause you to give up and concede over the benefits that are due to you.

We are devoted to building your case and serving you!  We DO NOT work for Social Security.  It would be a conflict of interest.  We work for those that have disabilities that are entitled to benefits owed to them by the Social Security Disability program.

"I want to help you win the Social Security Benefits that are owed to you!  Having a disability is difficult enough to endure and manage without having the frustrations of trying to apply or appeal with Social Security.  Let me help.  I am here to serve you!"

We are NOT attorneys, but we provide the same quality services.  Don't be fooled into thinking that attorneys are the only qualified or accepted representatives in Social Security Disability cases.  As a matter of fact, many attorneys hire qualified consultants like us to assist in support of your case.  Why not skip the middleman and hire a qualified medical and disability consultant from the start?  In many cases, our services exceed attorney representation because of our specialized knowledge of the medical field and Social Security's interpretation of medical guidelines.  Many people do not realize that Social Security Services does not require an attorney to file your claim.

Attorneys practice LAW.  And, while the Social Security has uniform rules and procedure code, they mostly are looking for the medical justification of your claim.  What most any applicant should know is that what you say on your application can be used against you, if you do not provide appropriate and accurate medical information.   Without proper and objective consideration and someone experienced with your type of disability, you may file your claim improperly, resulting in permanent consideration against your disability and future benefits.

Attorney Representation

Is it right for you and your case?

There are many experienced and qualified attorneys practicing in the field of Social Security Disability.  While we do not offer direct referrals, we can guide you in making an informed decision as to whether your case can be enhanced by direct attorney representation.

Below is a list of facts to know before deciding on attorney representation.

  • Attorneys practice law and are NOT medical experts.  (Except in rare cases.)
  • Attorneys can most often collect your money benefits, allocate and take their money before you ever touch what money is owed to you!
  • Social Security's mediation and Administrative Law Judicial process does NOT take place in a traditional courtroom setting.  Therefore an attorney's experience in the courtroom does not give him or her an added advantage in the Social Security Disability process.
  • Attorneys have no authority or advantage over the Social Security procedure and process.  Social Security is governed by its own rules, regulations and procedures set forth by our Federal Government.
  • Attorneys have no "inside track" to expedite your disability claim with Social Security.  (Any attorney making such claims should be reported.)
  • It is unlawful for an attorney to take more than 25% of your Social Security Disability back benefits owed to you, once your benefits are awarded.
